Ok, so I think I will start updating this blog more now, I've been slacking.  So far in my opinion the fastest way to get into shape and see results fast is to mix it up.  I am on routine of about 5 days a week hitting the gym.  To keep things interesting and see results I have been changing up my weekly routine for the workouts.  For example, I will spend a week of doing circuits,  the next week do something heavy.  As cliche as it sounds, Men's Fitness has some good workouts that if you follow you can really keep your routine fresh.  I've started doing this a couple weeks ago and feel as though I'm seeing results.  If you have any thoughts, write a comment, I would love to hear them.  I'll try to do better to

Internet Explorer vs. FITnoke

Hey everyone,

As we work to bring you the new FITnoke 2.0, I would like to take a second to address any issues our users here have with Internet Explorer versions 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0

We know there are some major errors, but right now our time is going into the release of the new FITnoke and not on this old version.  So hang tight and stick with us.  I personally recommend using Firefox version 3.0.

...just wait till you see what we are about to release!!!

While you wait for the new version...visit Wade's site for some entertainment and updates on our progress! Wade Hammes Dot Com

Cheerleading..... :)

So here's an update to my fitness journey:

I recently started training at NRV Gymnastics taking a tumble cheer class so that I can regain my cheer skills before tryouts in September. I've been losing some weight and the hard core workouts and 6-7 hours in the cheer gym have been kicking my butt.
