Dear FITnoke Friends,
I am back! After a month on a mountain with no internet I am making a return to fitness and most importantly to FITnoke! Wade has pushed through the begining of the first quarter solo and has done a heck of a job so I would like to give a public shot-out to him and to our newest company we are working with. Limbgear is a great company to be teaming with and we are proud to have them on FITnoke.
I am very excited to get back in the gym, in the pool, on the road, and in my OWN kitchen! I will keep you updated on my process of “getting my swagger back.”
